1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeedMasters ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Service Description
FeedMasters provides:
- Conversion of CSV/Excel files to Amazon SP-API JSON format
- AI-powered assistance for Amazon feed management
- File processing and validation tools
What we DON'T do:
- We don't guarantee your feeds will be accepted by Amazon
- We don't provide Amazon API credentials (you must provide your own)
- We don't scrape Amazon or violate Amazon's Terms of Service
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate data in your uploaded files
- Have proper authorization to use Amazon SP-API with your own credentials
- Comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and API usage policies
- Not use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our systems
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices are in USD and shown on the pricing page
- $1 Trial: First month for $1, then standard pricing applies
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

5. Intellectual Property
- Your Data: You own all files you upload. We process them temporarily and delete them after.
- Our Service: FeedMasters' code, design, and branding are our property.
- Open Source: Some components may use open-source licenses (see individual components).
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service "As-Is": FeedMasters is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That Amazon will accept your feeds
- Specific business results or sales increases
Limitation of Liability: We're not liable for:
- Amazon account suspensions or issues
- Lost sales, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss (always keep backups of your files)
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
7. Amazon SP-API Usage
When using our Service with Amazon SP-API:
- You provide your own Amazon API credentials
- We act as a tool to format and submit feeds on your behalf
- You're responsible for compliance with Amazon's Developer Agreement
- We use SP-API sandbox for testing (real API for production feeds)

9. Termination
You can cancel anytime via Stripe billing portal. We may suspend/terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Don't pay subscription fees
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. Major changes will be notified via email (if we have it).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes will be resolved in US courts.
