1. Information We Collect

FeedMasters ("we", "our", or "us") collects the following information:

• Payment Information: When you purchase through Stripe, Stripe processes your payment data. We never store your credit card information.
• Amazon Feed Data: CSV/Excel files you upload are processed temporarily to convert to Amazon SP-API JSON format. Files are deleted after processing (typically within minutes).
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access times are logged temporarily for security and debugging.
• Chatbot Conversations: Messages sent to our AI assistant are stored in your browser's localStorage only. We do not store chat history on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process your Amazon feed files and convert them to SP-API format
• Process payments through Stripe
• Provide customer support via email ([email protected])
• Improve our service and fix technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

• Uploaded Files: Temporarily stored during processing, then deleted automatically
• Payment Data: Handled entirely by Stripe - we never see or store card details
• No User Accounts: We currently don't store user accounts or login credentials
• Encryption: All data transmitted via HTTPS (TLS encryption)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: CDN and security - see Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Amazon SP-API: For submitting feeds to your Amazon Seller account (requires your API credentials)

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access any data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to data processing
• Port your data to another service

We use:

• localStorage: To save your language preference and chatbot history (stored only in your browser)
• Cloudflare cookies: For security and performance (required)
• No advertising cookies: We don't use Google Analytics or ad trackers

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
